MOODY RAMBIN INTERESTS RETAINED BY VANTAGE COS. TO NEW FOUR-BUILDING BELTWAY 8 OFFICE CENTER

HOUSTON — Moody Rambin Interests has been retained by Vantage Companies, Houston Division, to lease the four-building 116,700-square-foot Beltway 8 Office Center. located at 9920-9980 West Sam Houston Parkway South, between Bissonnet and Highway 59. Griff Jaggard and Bob Cromwell of Moody Rambin Interests will handle the leasing and Vantage Companies will provide property management.

The single-story office buildings range in size from 23,150 to 35,200 square feet. These 14’ high ceiling facilities are ready for custom design office finishes while prefinished office designs, ranging in size from 3,612 SF – 8,091 SF, are available for immediate occupancy.. Beltway 8 Office Center offers a parking ratio of 4.3 cars per 1,000 square foot plus such amenities as abundant covered parking, secured gate access to the property, freeway signage, and beautifully landscaped outdoor courtyards.

According to Bob Cromwell, with the office market tightening up and with rates escalating, this project provides an economical environment substantially below new mid-sized buildings in the area.
