Christopher Dray Represented James Patrick Smith in Sale of 3006 Brazos Street

img314Christopher Dray of Moody Rambin’s Investment Services Group represented James Patrick Smith, P.C. in the sale of 3006 Brazos Street, also known as the Judge Tom Mullins Building. The historic three-story 6,122 square foot office building is located in Houston’s Midtown market and was purchased by Dunn, Neal & Gerger, LLP. James Patrick Smith will continue to practice law but will be moving to a different location within central Houston. Dunn, Neal & Gerger will move their firm to this location and modernize the property while keeping its historical nature in tack. Jay Wall of Moody Rambin’s Tenant Rep Services represented Dunn, Neal & Gerger in their purchase.

This transaction is Christopher Dray’s third law firm transaction in 2012 and he is currently working with three other firms to buy offices. Over the last eight years, Chris has assisted more law firms with financing, buying, and selling properties than any other broker inside the loop.
