Moody Rambin Interests has been retained by Southwest Medical Plaza, LTD. as the exclusive property management and leasing agent for 8200 Wednesbury Ln. office building located in the Southwest Beltway 8 submarket. The four story, 83,771 square foot, class B building has up to 9,000 square feet of office space available. Robin Wenzel will oversee the property management of the building and Derek Beck and Griff Jaggard will handle the leasing assignment.
