Moody Rambin has been retained by Medistar as the exclusive property management and leasing agent for the River Oaks Medical Tower at 4126 Southwest Freeway in Houston, Texas. The seventeen-story building totals 139,827 square feet and is located in the Greenway Plaza submarket. River Oaks Medical Plaza has recently completed a multi-million dollar exterior and interior renovation and is repositioned as a Class A medical tower with approximately 70,799 square feet of medical office suites available. The property will offer medical office suites ranging from 1,500 to 8,000 square feet.

Walter Cameron will oversee the property management of the building and Kurt Kistler and Bob Cromwell will handle this leasing assignment on behalf of Moody Rambin.
