Moody Rambin Interests has been retained by San Francisco based Shorenstein Properties, LLC as the exclusive leasing agent for 2000 West Loop South located in the Galleria/Uptown submarket. This twenty-two story, 356,959 square foot Class A building is currently 94% leased, and has approximately 33,000 square feet of contiguous office space available, located on the 10th and 11th floors. Bob Cromwell and Kevin Nolan will handle this leasing assignment on behalf of Moody Rambin Interests.
