Moody Rambin Interests, has been retained by Jackson, MS based Parkway Properties, Inc. as the exclusive leasing agent for the One Commerce Green Building, 515 W. Greens Rd. located in the Greenspoint submarket, containing approximately 101,000 square feet of contiguous office space. Mark Preston will handle leasing for the building.
