Moody Rambin Interests has been retained by Los Angeles based BH Properties, LLC as the exclusive property management and leasing agent for Northwoods Park office building, located in the FM 1960 / Champions submarket, containing approximately 104,000 square feet of office space. Brad Kovach, CPM, and Ann Woody will oversee the property management of the building and Terri Torregrossa, CPM, will handle the leasing assignment.
