As Senior Associate of the Office Services Group at Moody Rambin Interests, Griff is directly responsible for marketing and leasing a 1.2 million sq.ft. portfolio of commercial office buildings in the suburban market of the Greater Houston Area. His primary area of expertise is Owner Representation. Griff´s responsibilities include facilitating lease transactions, creation, implementation and execution of the marketing strategy for the portfolio. Griff joined Moody Rambin Interests in January of 2007. Previously he had worked as a Leasing Representative with Lincoln Property Company Commercial. Griff graduated from Texas Tech University in 2004 with a degree in Corporate Communication Studies and is a native Houstonian.
Griff is also a seven year veteran and team captain for MS 150 bike ride from Houston to Austin. He has led his team to raise over a quarter of a million dollars for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Griff holds his salesperson license with the Texas Real Estate Commission and is a member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties ("NAIOP").
