PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Sharon joins Moody Rambin Interests as a Property Manager in the Retail Management Division. She has 17 Years experience in the commercial real estate field, all of them with the same employer. Prior to joining Moody Rambin Interests she spent 15 years with Greenwood Investments, Inc. as a Property Manager of commercial office buildings located in Northwest Houston. There she worked directly with the Owner/Developer, overseeing properties, participating in the planning of new construction, and managing the "Executive Suites", a service oriented entity catering to the business needs of both large and small companies. Sharon prides herself on an ability to foster and maintain mutually beneficial Tenant/Landlord relationships.

Her current responsibilities in the Retail Property Management Division of Moody Rambin Interests revolve around the day to day management of a portfolio of company-owned and third party retail properties that include retail centers, office and industrial buildings.

PERSONAL
A native Texan, Sharon is married to Colby. Together they are the parents to six children; Christin, Jennifer, Chance, Michelle, Ashtyn, and Travis. The Cockrell´s currently reside in New Caney, Texas.

EDUCATION
Sharon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Houston. She also holds an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies, and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson with the State of Texas.
