Robin Wenzel is a Property Manager for Moody Rambin Interests´ Ashford portfolio. She has more than 10 years experience in commercial property management, including extensive construction management of tenant improvement and capital projects. Robin´s methodical approach to property management enables her to assist owners and tenants achieve their goals.
Robin has also held the position of Facilities Coordinator for a flourishing oil and gas company, responsible for the management of facilities in Houston and Arkansas. As a member of this dynamic organization, she was responsible for planning and supervising the reconstruction and restacking of 110,000 square feet of occupied office space in an eight-month period for the corporate offices located near Bush Intercontinental Airport.
Robin is pursuing her Certified Property Manager designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), a member of the Houston Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and holds a Texas Real Estate Salesman´s License. She is presently a CPM candidate.
