Will Frierson is Vice-President for Moody Rambin´s Development Group. His primary responsibility at Moody Rambin is coordinating and working on all development projects from commencement to completion. This entails working in collaboration with all parties involved in the various stages of development projects in order to effectively execute all projects on time and on budget. Will also evaluates all investments in Moody Rambin´s portfolio and actively participates in the sourcing, analyzing, underwriting, and structuring of new development opportunities. In addition, Will has worked on the development of multiple build to suit, single tenant net lease, and multi-tenant commercial, residential, and industrial buildings and he is also responsible for the sourcing of new development opportunities, analysis of existing developments, and market research.

Will started with Moody Rambin as a Development Associate in 2007. Over the last three years, his experience in project development has included: preparing & analyzing construction budgets ranging from $1M to $80M, working on obtaining construction and permanent financing for retail & residential properties, site development for single tenant buildings and multi-tenant strip centers , lease analysis, site acquisition & disposition, construction administration, project management for 1 — 110 acre retail developments, and managing & analyzing portfolios with single and multi-tenant properties.

Will began his real estate career in 2007 after earning a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas in Austin. He is a candidate for the CCIM designation and is an active member in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
