Stephen Sapsky brings to Moody Rambin Interests more than 10 years of experience in the management and leasing of commercial office properties. Prior to joining Moody Rambin Interests , Stephen worked for several well established Real Estate firms, including CB Richard Ellis & PM Realty Group, managing a variety of buildings in the Houston market. His portfolios have included suburban office and medical buildings and office warehouse properties. Stephen´s responsibilities include negotiating vendor contracts, developing and managing annual budgets, contract and lease administration, Tenant relations, construction management, preparing and reviewing monthly financial reports, maintenance operations and quality control.
Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of North Texas. Stephen is a Licensed Real Estate Broker for the State of Texas as well as an IREM member. Stephen is also a CPM candidate.
