With 19 years of investment banking, financial sales and marketing experience with Wachovia, Williams Securities and Monsanto Company, Chris Dray provides proven financial analysis skills, along with sales and marketing acumen for the benefit of his clients.

Taking his Fortune 100 experiences and applying them to entrepreneurial world of real estate means Chris´s clients benefit from the highest of professional service and an institutional level of analysis. With his concentration on commercial real estate investment sales, he has focused on selling, brokerage, and acquisitions for high-wealth individuals and corporations across a variety of property types including Office, Retail, Land, and Multi-family. Chris served these clients across the Southeast and Southwest in over $171 million of dispositions and acquisitions for all the aforementioned property types.

Prior to joining Moody Rambin as the Investment Sales lead, Chris was the Director of Acquisitions for Creekstone and Director of Private Clients for Triad Real Estate Consulting Group, LLC. During this time, he managed the analysis of market conditions, asset valuation and strategic asset planning for his clients. Chris also provided these clients with asset management services for their institutional-grade Office and Retail properties. Most significantly, he created market and client valuation analysis models for the acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties and multi-family real estate.
