Walter brings over 20 years of management experience to Moody Rambin Interests. As a member of the Property Management Services Team, he utilizes his abilities as an innovative problem solver and decision maker to respond quickly to the needs and requests of his tenants and owners/clients, all with an emphasis on service and positive attitude.
He currently manages 4 atrium style office buildings for 2 owners, consisting of over 300,000 square feet. His responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparing and managing annual budgets, negotiating vendor contracts, bidding and managing construction projects, monitoring operations and maintenance, and developing tenant and vendor relationships.
Walter attended the University of Texas where he majored in Economics with a minor in Government and currently holds his Texas Real Estate Salesman License.
