Jody J. Czajkoski joined Moody Rambin Investment Services Land Division in 2008. Previously, he was President and Founder of Ski Real Estate Inc, CEO and Co-founder of J. Riley Homes, L.P. and Co-founder of Ski Marek Marketing, LLC and Ski Investments. With over eight years in residential and commercial real estate, Jody brings a wealth of investment knowledge and extensive market knowledge in Harris and Montgomery Counties.
Jody is responsible for locating, listing, and marketing property sites for industrial and multi-family developments. His expansive network of developers, investors, users, and third-party real estate providers enables him to locate hidden opportunities within the market areas for site acquisitions throughout the greater Houston area.
Jody is a licensed real estate Broker with the Texas Real Estate Commission. He graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Science in Geography. Jody is a retired professional bull rider and a college and youth rodeo champion. He and his wife, Nicole, an Assistant District Attorney for Montgomery County, live in Conroe.
