Al´s role with Moody Rambin is to provide premier customer service leading to comprehensive real estate strategy and execution that gives the client an advantage in today´s business environment. During Al´s 25 year commercial real estate career, he has worked for both the landlord and the tenant. This experience offers Al a unique perspective on commercial real estate transactions.
Al´s real estate career commenced in 1984 with a influential local boutique firm providing financial management for the asset services division. In 1993 Al began providing landlord transaction management services for a Houston based investor which included negotiation of financial terms and lease language, space management, construction management and subsequent lease administration. In 2002 Al joined First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. where he directed the management of a 5 million square foot portfolio. His responsibilities included property management, construction management, customer service, maintenance and financial management for a diverse portfolio of industrial properties. Since 2005, Al has focused on representing the tenant´s interest in real estate transactions.
Al´s varied experience provides him the background to provide the advise his clients need in this challenging real estate market. Al provides real estate solutions designed to meet the client´s business objectives.
