With more than twenty-five years of commercial real estate experience, Robert Graham contributes to Moody Rambin Interest a well-rounded knowledge of Property Management from operations to construction management. Prior to joining the Moody Rambin team, Robert worked with several prominent Real Estate firms, including Gerald Hines, Century Development, Crescent Real Estate and McCord Development. He has managed a variety of buildings in the Houston market including Class-A properties in the Houston CBD, suburban office properties, and mixed-use office warehouse and retail properties. His responsibilities include, preparing and managing annual budgets, negotiating vendor contracts, coordinating construction projects, monitoring operations and maintenance, and developing and maintaining long-term Client, Tenant and Vendor relationships.
Robert acquired a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Business Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He received his professional designation of Real Property Administrator (RPA) in 1991. Professional memberships include Houston Building Owners and Managers (BOMA), Building Owners and Managers Institute International (BOMI) and he was a member of the Downtown Houston Association and Central Houston for 20 years.
