In 1969, Howard was a Co-Founder of Moody Rambin Interests and remains a Principal. Over his career, he has developed, owned, operated and sold 25 suburban office buildings in the Houston area. With a specialty in office leasing, he has been directly involved in transactions totaling in excess of 15 million square feet.

Currently, Howard oversees the Office Services Team covering Project Leasing, Property Management, Tenant Representation, and Investment Services.

Howard also founded what is now known as Keep Houston Beautiful, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the reduction of litter in Houston. He is also an active member of The Executive Committee (TEC), the Keep Houston Beautiful Executive Committee, and the Texas Association of Realtors.
