Terri joined Moody Rambin as an Owner Representative in the Office Services Division and has direct responsibility for marketing and leasing approximately 1,300,000 square feet of office space primarily in the North and West Houston markets.

Terri has over twenty years experience in the management and leasing of commercial office buildings citywide in Houston, Texas. Prior to joining Moody Rambin, Terri served as Senior Marketing Director for Kennedy Wilson in their Houston office and was also a Leasing Director of six projects totaling approximately 1,300,000 square feet for Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, a national REIT for 11 years. Terri is a Certified Property Manager and a licensed real estate agent with the State of Texas.
