As a Vice President of Office Services for Moody Rambin Interests, Kevin has vast experience and direct responsibilities in marketing and leasing Moody Rambin properties in various Houston sub-markets, both suburban and CBD. In Kevin´s seven years with the Moody Rambin, he has been involved in over 800 transactions, totaling 1.7 million square feet. In addition to developing and executing leasing and marketing programs to increase occupancy, he also excels in tenant retention through building relationships and communicating early with renewal tenants and their brokers. Kevin´s daily focus is accomplishing the goals of his clients and representing their assets with highest level of professionalism.
