In 1984, Dawn began her career in commercial real estate in the commercial title insurance industry. During her career, she was a commercial closer, manager and VP of Business Development. She handled a wide range of commercial property types including office, retail, multi-family, assisted living, hospitality, industrial and raw land, with transactions ranging from local, small deals to multi-state, multi-million dollar transactions.
Dawn joined the Moody Rambin team in 2005 as a Tenant Representative. Dawn is relationship driven, both with her clients and her peers; however, with her analytical skills and attention to detail, she also adds value to transactions by understanding the numerous nuances of complicated commercial lease documents, analyzing current market data and presenting information to clients in layman´s terms. Coming from a background driven by customer service, she is passionate about assuring the absolute best service to her clients and strives for nothing less than total satisfaction and the best negotiated deal.
