James Y. Vann joined Moody Rambin Interests after a nine-year tenure with a local commercial real estate firm. Jim served as Vice President of tenant services, which included responsibility for servicing over seventy-five tenant accounts for their office and warehouse/manufacturing requirements. Since coming to Moody Rambin Interests, Jim has developed and serviced customers with transactions totaling over $150,000,000.

Jim began his leasing career as a leasing agent for the Interfirst Trust Portfolio, and the AT&T Pension account throughout the greater Houston area. Jim has represented landlords and tenants in all quadrants of the city. Jim´s market knowledge and creative ability in lease negotiations have enabled him to complete over 400 lease transactions. Jim specializes in tenant representation of office as well as warehouse/ manufacturing users in Houston and throughout the country.

Prior to beginning his real estate career, Jim was involved in commercial construction with the Goodland Construction Company primarily with interior finish of commercial structures.

Jim received his B.B.A. from Sam Houston State University, and is a native Houstonian. He has his Texas Real Estate Brokers license and is a member of the Houston Board of Realtors.
