Scott Gardner is Vice President in Moody Rambin´s Retail Properties Division and has more than seven years of experience in project leasing, tenant representation and site acquisition. Scott was named one of the Houston Business Journal´s Heavy Hitters in 2009 and remains as one of the top agents in the firm each year.

Scott has worked for and represented clients in a range of industries, including The Ainbinder Company, Blusky Interests, Frost Bank, Holcomb Schubert Investment Corporation, Mammoth Equities, Mattress Firm and Whataburger Restaurants.

Prior to joining Moody Rambin Interests, Scott was an Associate with Foremark, Ltd. of Dallas, a real estate consulting company that specialized in the expansion of emerging restaurant companies throughout the United States.

Scott earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from The University of Texas. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesman in the State of Texas and is an active member in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
