Shaw MacIntyre is a Vice President in Moody Rambin´s Retail Properties Division, specializing in project leasing, project development, tenant representation, and land transactions. Shaw´s primary focus is the leasing of power, community, and neighborhood retail centers throughout Texas, with a special emphasis on Houston.

Some of the clients Shaw has worked for and/or represented are: The Ainbinder Company, The Signorelli Company, LACSO Development Corporation, RPD Catalyst, Foothill Capital Corporation, Grocers Supply, Holcomb Schubert Investment Corporation, Wedge Commercial Property Corporation and Opus West Corporation.

Before joining Moody Rambin, Shaw was an Associate at Gulf Coast Commercial Group, a full service real estate development company. At Gulf Coast Commercial Group Shaw focused on the leasing of the company´s retail developments throughout Texas. During his time at Gulf Coast Shaw was also responsible for marketing land in the company´s portfolio and site acquisition for new retail developments.

Prior to Moody Rambin Interests Shaw was associated with Barclays Global Investors, a money management firm, in the San Francisco area.

Shaw has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University and is a licensed Real Estate Salesman by the State of Texas. He is an active member in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and is Committee Co-Chair of the Houston ICSC Next Generation Chapter.
