With over thirty years commercial real estate experience, Gary is responsible for the strategic planning process and direction of Moody Rambin Interests´ property management, project leasing and investment brokerage divisions and is also involved in new business development and recruiting. Gary is a nationally recognized motivational speaker and sales trainer in new business development, goal setting, networking and strategic planning. Gary built a large management, leasing and brokerage division as a partner at Rubloff Inc. (Chicago). His portfolio consisted of over 10,000,000 square feet of commercial property for institutional clients throughout the southwestern United States. Rubloff was eventually sold to the Koll Company. His responsibilities at Koll included management of a 21,000,000 square foot portfolio in 14 cities with approximately 600 employees.
