Senior Vice President of Property Management Services with responsibilities in Human Resources, Corporate Development and Property Management. Her leadership has been a key element in the company´s growth with her team currently managing approximately 3 million square feet of commercial office space. She is accomplished at coordinating leasing activities, construction, tenant move-ins and accounting resulting in satisfied tenants and owners. Jo is a CPM®, a RPA, and holds a Texas Real Estate Salesman license. She is also an active member of many local organizations including the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and Building Owners & Managers Associates (BOMA). Jo received her education at Lamar University in Business Administration.
