Bradley Kovach brings more than 13 years of experience in the management and leasing of commercial office buildings to Moody Rambin. Prior to joining our firm, Brad worked with several well known Real Estate firms, including Hines & Caldwell Watson, managing a variety of buildings in the Houston market. His portfolios have included high profile Class A properties in the Houston CBD, Class A & B suburban office properties, and mixed use office warehouse properties. His areas of expertise include construction management, contract and lease administration, customer relations, maintenance operations, personnel management, property and financial management, and leasing.

Brad is a native Texan who earned his Bachelors degree in General Business Administration/Finance from Sam Houston State University. He is a member of the Houston Chapters of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He also holds the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM®) through the Institute of Real Estate Management and is a Licensed Real Estate Salesman through the Texas Real Estate Commission. Brad also serves on the Board of Directors as the Vice President of the Greenbriar North Association, Inc.
