Chief Engineer for twenty years overseeing a portfolio of commercial office space in excess of 3 million square feet. Gary supervises a staff of twenty Building Engineers. Gary has been involved with property management for approximately twenty-four years, is a current member of the Building Owners & Managers Associates (BOMA), Association of Chief Operating Engineers and currently holds licenses as a First Grade Stationary Engineer, Maintenance Electrician and EPA Universal Technician. He is also certified in Asbestos Awareness, High Rise Fire Evacuation and CPR and First Aid. Gary received his education from Houston Community College and North Harris County College.
