Dan has been active in commercial real estate in Houston as a developer, in property management and in commercial brokerage for more than thirty years. He recently completed the redevelopment at Town & Country Village Shopping Center, a 500,000 square foot project on 35 acres in west Houston. Dan is a licensed broker with the State of Texas and a member of the West Houston Association of Realtors, the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute.
