Dan Miller is the Executive Vice President at Moody Rambin with more than 40+ years of experience in office investment sales. Before joining Moody Rambin, Miller was a Senior Managing Director in the Houston office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. Miller has executed in excess of $7.6 billion in office sales encompassing more than 42 million square feet of office properties.

Dan Miller joined the Moody Rambin team in 2021. Prior to that, he spent 13 years as the Senior Managing Director in the Capital Markets Group at HFF, L.P. and spent 25 years at CB Richard Ellis. He consistently ranks as one of Houston’s top investment sales professionals. In 2008 and 2010, he received recognition by HFF as one of the top 5 income producers nationally and ranked in the top 10 in 2012 and 2014. In 2004 and 2005, he received recognition with CB Richard Ellis as one of the top 200 sales professionals worldwide. He was selected by the Houston Business Journal’s Who’s Who in Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Firms in 1997, Heavy Hitter in 2004, 2005, 2007, 2008, 2010, 2014, and 2015. In 2007 and 2012 he was Heavy Hitter MVP. He also received Co-Star’s Power Broker Award in 2004, 2005, 2007, 2008, 2010 – 2014, and 2017.

Education: Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
