Jim Autenreith is Executive Vice President and managing director of the Industrial and Investment Services Group at Moody Rambin. He has been the Top Producer for Moody Rambin for the past eight years, executing over 400 leases and sales totaling over $500 million dollars. Jim handles many types of transactions including landlord representation, tenant and buyer representation, property disposition, build-to-suit evaluations, sale-leaseback, and investment sales.

He has over fifteen years of experience as a broker and owner in commercial real estate. Jim thoroughly understands the ins and outs of the lease and sales process providing his clients with not only market data but also personal insight as a property owner with a passion for real estate. Jim’s enthusiasm, creativity, responsiveness, and dedication serve as valuable assets to his clients.
