Matthew Morrison serves as Executive Vice President of Industrial & Land Services at Moody Rambin, where he specializes in owner user transactions, tenant and landlord representation, investment sales, and sourcing land for users and developers alike. Throughout his career, he has partnered with property owners, and business operators to deliver strategic real estate solutions that support both operational and investment goals. Matt takes pride in building lasting relationships and providing tailored guidance throughout every stage of the transaction process.
Prior to joining Moody Rambin, Matthew was a Vice President with Transwestern’s Houston office, advising clients on industrial leasing and sales, project leasing, tenant and buyer representation, property dispositions, and investment transactions. Earlier in his real estate career, he led leasing assignments for a national REIT and local development firms while also providing site selection and advisory services for regional occupiers throughout Greater Houston.
Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Matthew built a successful career in the offshore energy industry. He worked in deepwater drilling operations aboard drillships and semi-submersible rigs in the Gulf of Mexico and internationally in the Philippines. He later gained experience in semi-submersible rig management and shipyard project management in Corpus Christi, Texas. This operational background provides him with a practical understanding of industrial users, logistics, and complex project execution, allowing him to bring a unique perspective to his commercial real estate clients.
Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children. He’s an avid golfer, enjoys bird hunting, and often has his dog, Jack, by his side.
