Moody Rambin has been retained by Dornin Investments Group as the exclusive leasing agent for the Ten Plaza West building located at 15915 Katy Freeway in the Energy Corridor submarket. The six-story, Class B building is 105,619 square feet with approximately 23,000 square feet of space available.
Griff Jaggard and Derek Beck will handle this leasing assignment on behalf of Moody Rambin.
