HOUSTON, TX – Moody Rambin announced today that Matthew Morrison has joined the firm as Executive Vice President, Industrial & Land Services, further strengthening its industrial services platform and expanding the firm’s capabilities across Houston’s dynamic industrial real estate market.

Morrison specializes in owner user transactions, tenant and landlord representation, investment sales, and sourcing land for users and developers alike. Throughout his career, he has partnered with property owners, and business operators to deliver strategic real estate solutions that support both operational and investment goals. Matt takes pride in building lasting relationships and providing tailored guidance throughout every stage of the transaction process.

Prior to joining Moody Rambin, Morrison served as Vice President with Transwestern, where he represented clients in industrial leasing and sales, project leasing, property dispositions, tenant and buyer representation, and investment transactions. Earlier in his career, he led leasing assignments for both a national REIT and local development firms while providing strategic site selection and advisory services to industrial users across the Houston market.

Before entering commercial real estate, Morrison built a successful career in the offshore energy industry, working aboard deepwater drilling rigs in the Gulf of Mexico and internationally in the Philippines before transitioning into rig management and shipyard project management. His firsthand operational experience gives him a unique understanding of the challenges facing industrial users, manufacturers, logistics providers, and supply chain operations.
