Sam Sheff, CCIM, Senior Vice President Moody Rambin, Investment/Land/Industrial Group, has over 30 years of experience selling and leasing commercial real estate which include land, industrial, healthcare, hotel, office, retail, multi-family and investment properties.   Prior to joining Moody Rambin, Sam was the Principal of Sam Sheff Properties, Senior Vice President of the Grubb and Ellis Company and Managing Director of the Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Company. During his career with Grubb and Ellis Company Sam closed over $1 billion of real estate transactions. His clients include national oil and healthcare companies, REITs, hotels, local and national investors and developers, banks, the State and Federal Government, pension funds, and insurance companies.

Clients entrust Sam with repeat business due to his success-oriented strategies which include the assemblage of the best real estate experts to create a winning outcome for his clients. He serves as the team’s chief strategist and negotiator, and leverages his unparalleled experience, market expertise and “client-centric” philosophy to the benefit of clients. He has assisted clients with strategic planning and implementation of their master development plans. He has sold over 20 hospital/medical campuses including five Hospital Corporation of America Campuses. Sam coordinated the first in the United States public/private development for the Veterans Administration Hospital System – the Michael E. DeBakey Veterans Administration Hospital Campus in the Texas Medical Center.  Sam has also acted as an advisor to the Texas Medical Center, the largest medical center in the world.
