HOUSTON, TX – Moody Rambin is proud to announce the sale of Bennington Business Park, a 33,000-square-foot industrial business park located at 301 Bennington Street in Houston, Texas.
Moody Rambin Senior Vice President Stephen Ghedi and Vice President Lawton Anderson represented the seller, Crescere Capital, in the transaction. The buyer, Rivergate Capital, acquired the property for its industrial investment portfolio.
“Congratulations to both the Crescere and Rivergate teams on a successful closing. It was a pleasure to play a role from acquisition to exit for Chris Hotze and the Crescere team on this project and I look forward to continuing to serve the Greater Houston light industrial community,” said Stephen Ghedi, Senior Vice President.
Located in Houston’s Northside-Northline submarket (77022), one of the city’s long-established industrial corridors just north of downtown, the 1.26-acre property is a well-positioned industrial asset offering functional warehouse and small-bay space designed to accommodate a variety of business and industrial users. The area has traditionally served warehouse, distribution, and light-industrial users, benefiting from its location along the Interstate 45 North Freeway corridor, which provides direct access to Downtown Houston, the broader Loop 610 industrial ring, and key employment, distribution, Greenspoint, and airport submarkets throughout the region.
