Margarita joined the Construction Management Division of Moody Rambin in 2021. She has 8+ years of experience in commercial real estate and architecture. Margarita is a dedicated and technically skilled professional with versatile construction administration skills, commercial building planning and design experience. Throughout her career she has coordinated projects in all phases through conceptualization, design development, and project management.

Prior to joining Moody Rambin, Margarita was a Designer at PDG Architects where she established her career in the architecture and construction management industry
