Stephen’s journey with Moody Rambin began in 2018, and since then, his investment services expertise and unwavering dedication to client advocacy have resulted in over $150 million in transactions and 2 million square feet of Houston real estate. With a strong background in analytics, Stephen possesses the unique ability to identify leverage points in complex investment transactions, employing creative strategies to optimize returns on projects ranging from stabilized market dispositions to distressed value-add portfolios.
