Terri serves as Senior Vice President in the Office Services Division at Moody Rambin, where she represents office building owners in the marketing and leasing of approximately 1.8 million square feet of commercial space. With more than 25 years of experience in the Houston commercial real estate market, Terri has built a distinguished career specializing in the management and leasing of office properties throughout Houston.
Prior to joining Moody Rambin, Terri served as Senior Marketing Director for Kennedy Wilson in their Houston office. She also spent eleven years with Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, a national REIT, where she was Leasing Director for six projects totaling approximately one million square feet. Earlier in her career, she handled project leasing assignments for Trammell Crow Company and Rubloff Development Group.
Terri holds the prestigious Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation and is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas. Her performance and leadership have earned her numerous industry accolades, including recognition as a “Heavy Hitter” by the Houston Office Leasing Brokers Association in 2010 and 2012. She was also named one of Moody Rambin’s Top Producers in 2010 and 2011, and in 2013 received the distinguished “Power Broker” recognition from CoStar Group.
In 2012, Terri was promoted to Senior Vice President of the Office Services Division, reflecting her consistent production, client dedication, and leadership within the firm and the Houston commercial real estate community.
