Wyatt Muchard is an Associate with Moody Rambin’s Industrial Brokerage Group, where he specializes in industrial and land services. He works with owners, investors, and occupiers to identify opportunities, evaluate market conditions, and execute strategic real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Moody Rambin, Wyatt worked at Marcus & Millichap, where he specialized in the acquisition and disposition of net lease assets nationwide. Through this experience, he developed a strong foundation in investment sales, financial analysis, market research, and client advisory services.

Wyatt earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from Texas A&M University. His interest in finance, investments, and market dynamics led him to pursue a career in commercial real estate, where he brings a competitive, analytical, and client-focused approach to every assignment.

A proud Aggie, Wyatt remains an avid supporter of Texas A&M athletics and values the relationships and network built through the university community. Outside of the office, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
