Moody Rambin conducted an introductory meeting to identify timeline, needs and resources. From there, the Moody Rambin’s in-house Construction Management team was able to establish budget and schedule based on tenant needs and industry costs. Serving as the General Contractor for the project, Mike Harp was able to hire the appropriate architect and engineering staff for the project.
By managing overall project schedule (design, entitlements, bid process, etc.), Mike Harp and his team were able to ensure the project was seamless for Schlesinger’s staff.
