 3200 Wilcrest Dr., Houston, TX – Westchase III:

  • Orion Healthcare, Inc. renewed 10,844 square feet.  Kurt Kistler and Karen Wright of Moody Rambin represented the building owner Houston Texas Westchase III PropertiesEugene Terry with Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant in negotiations.
  • Allied Wireline Services, LLC renewed 7,554 square feet Kurt Kistler and Karen Wright of Moody Rambin represented the building owner Houston Texas Westchase III Properties.
  • CompleteRx leased 10,753 square feet.  Kurt Kistler and Karen Wright of Moody Rambin represented the building owner Houston Texas Westchase III Properties. Keith Lloyd with Marcus & Millichap represented the tenant in negotiations.
  • Lakeside Country Club leased 5,424 square feet . Kurt Kistler and Karen Wright of Moody Rambin represented the building owner Houston Texas Westchase III Properties. Randy Wilhelm and Liz Westcott-Brown with NAI Partners represented the tenant in negotiations.

Subsurface Consultants, Inc. renewed 4,734 square feet at 10700 Richmond Avenue in Houston, Texas.  Kurt Kistler and Karen Wright of Moody Rambin represented the building owner Gupta Richmond Avenue, L.P.  Charles Fertitta with Colliers represented the tenant in negotiations.

FCIC Consulting & Financial leased 3,605 square feet at the Park Plaza Business Park building, located at 11104 West Airport Boulevard in Houston, Texas. Spencer Starkey and Kurt Kistler of Moody Rambin represented the building owner Stafford Office Park II, LPAndre Heard represented the tenant in negotiations.

BSA Architects renewed 4,327 square feet at the Sugar Land Plaza building, located at 12946 Dairy Ashford in Houston, Texas. Karen Wright and Kurt Kistler of Moody Rambin represented the building owner Gupta Sugar Land Plaza LPJohn Zivley with Oxford Partners represented the tenant in negotiations.

Aquent LLC renewed 6,032 square feet at the 1455 West Loop South building, located in Houston, Texas. Bob Cromwell and Kevin Nolan of Moody Rambin represented the building owner Koswood InvestmentsLispah Hogan with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant in negotiations.

United Healthcare leased 12,720 square feet at the 2000 West Loop South building in Houston, Texas. Bob Cromwell and Kevin Nolan of Moody Rambin represented the building owner SRI Nine 2000 WL, LPBruce Rutherford and Cliff West with Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant in negotiations.

Cameron International Corporation leased 11,457 square feet at the Ashford 7 building, located at 900 Threadneedle, Houston, Texas. Walters, Balido & Crain renewed and expanded their lease for a total of 9,439 square feet at the Woodlake Park Office building located at 2500 Tanglewilde Street in Houston, Texas. Terri Torregrossa of Moody Rambin represented the building owner Woodlake (Texas) Properties, Ltd.

ABSF has leased 4,788 square feet at the 3600 Gessner building in Houston, Texas. Terri Torregrossa of Moody Rambin represented the building owner, Plazer Properties, Ltd. Sam Pouns with Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners represented the tenant in negotiations.

Traemand Partnership leased 4,907 square feet at 2190 North Loop West in the North Loop West submarket in Houston, Texas. Karen Wright and Kurt Kistler of Moody Rambin represented the building owner Gupta Houston Texas. Chuck Irwin with Momentum Properties represented the tenant in negotiations.

Deepwater Subsea, LLC renewed and expanded to 3,799 square feet at 410 Grand Parkway building in Houston, Texas. Bob Cromwell and Spencer Starkey of Moody Rambin represented the building owner DTN Holdings, LLC.
