Moody Rambin Interests has been retained by Los Angeles, CA based Younan Properties, Inc. as the exclusive leasing agent for Younan Place located in the Westchase submarket. The eleven-story, 211,125 square foot, class A building is currently 70.2% leased and has over 40,000 square feet of contiguous office space available. Griff Jaggard and Derek Beck will handle this leasing assignment on behalf of Moody Rambin Interests.
