Moody Rambin Interests has been retained by a Boston, MA based Real Estate Investment Advisor as the exclusive property management and leasing agent for Norfolk Tower located in the Greenway Plaza submarket. This eleven-story, class B building is 206,680 square feet with approximately 40,652 square feet of available office space.
Charlene Eggers will oversee the property management of the building and Terri Torregrossa and Griff Jaggard will handle this leasing assignment on behalf of Moody Rambin Interests.
