This twenty-two story, 356,959 square foot Class A building is currently 94% leased, and has approximately 33,000 square feet of contiguous office space available, located on the 10th and 11th floors. Bob Cromwell and Kevin Nolan will handle this leasing assignment on behalf of Moody Rambin Interests.
