Teebaud Company leased 9,712 square feet at Clay Hempstead Business Park, located at 8700 Clay Road, Houston, Texas. Jim Autenreith and Sam Rayburn of Moody Rambin represented the building owner during negotiations.

Texas Bay Credit Union leased 7,640 square feet at the 12650 N. Featherwood building in Houston Texas. Moody Rambin represented the building owner during negotiations, and Shan Patel of S&P Interests represented the tenant during negotiations.

Keystone Advisors leased 7,123 square feet at 10700 Richmond Avenue in Houston Texas. Moody Rambin represented the building owner during negotiations, and Steven Schneider of Site Selection Group represented the tenant during negotiations. The building is 85% leased, with an asking rate of $15.50-$17.50 gross per square foot. Ownership will deliver three more move in ready spec suites in the fall for tenants looking for under 2,000 square feet. The building has exclusive tenant only access to the large training/conference room, along with the dining area. Management and engineering are also onsite.
